Robyn Spencer is a San Diego-based event producer, connector and community builder with over 20 years of experience turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences. She founded The Mob Squad with a simple belief: the best events happen when the right people are in the room.

From intimate private dinners to large-scale community festivals, Robyn and her team have produced events across Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Orange County and San Diego's most iconic venues — including East Village Tavern+Bowl, where The Mob Squad serves as the in-house event sales and production partner.

Beyond events, Robyn is deeply committed to the nonprofit sector — helping organizations build sustainable partnerships, secure sponsorships and amplify their mission through strategic community engagement.

When she's not producing events, you'll find her somewhere in San Diego — probably at a great restaurant, building relationships over good food, wine, and even better conversation.
